Hello. When I installed OBS or the first time today (9/16/14) using the .635 version (newest version) and after I installed and tried to run the 64 bit file it said that a dll file was missing from my computer (d3dx10_43.dll was missing). I installed the file and placed it in my 64 bit OBS folder and the error message went away. But then, another error message popped up. It said this: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click okay to close the application." I re installed OBS again and it did the same thing. I would greatly appreciate any help.
Also please not i'm using a computer with windows 7 and using a non-administrator account with no access to use the administrator account.

When you say you "installed the file" it sounds like you copied a random file you found there. You're supposed to use the DirectX installer to install missing DirectX files (see FAQ).

PS: It often comes with a windows update, maybe you should try to run windows update first to install the most important drivers.

I bet you have a fresh install of windows? :D
