Question / Help OBS Wont open on install

I cannot open my OBS. It always has one single error message...

"The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Thing is, I've restarted my computer, and reinstalled this program 5 times, and every single time I have gotten the same message.

I've read of others having the same issue with no help. Can't upload a log because . . . well it wont launch.

Visual Studio 2013 runtimes may be required by OBS and certain plugins. Download and install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

tried those they didn't help

when I try to down load these it says its not compatible with windows 10

Download x86 and x64, not ARM.
