I've attached a log with one that has administrator privileges and one that doesnt.

If you were planning on asking, I've installed iTunes now and this is the latest log.

Your AMD driver is crashing, try updating it or delete the enc-amf.dll plugin if you don't want to use it.

There's no DLLS called enc_amf in the plugins folder. Only a folder called that.

It would be D:\OBS\obs-plugins\64bit\enc-amf.dll

Well it worked but how did you know the EXACT placement of my OBS folder? You got it to the point that you got the drive it was in right, and the name of the OBS folder.

It's in the log. Because of these little details posting a log is so valuable for giving support instead of just guessing. No personal identifiable information is included in the log, though, only technical info. Most often, I don't even look into a report if a log is not included.
