OBS Won't Open At All

Hello all, I was using OBS perfectly fine up until yesterday. Then it suddenly would not open the next time I tried to open it. There is no process in Task Manager, no icon in the bottom right, and no error message whatsoever. I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it, restarted computer, and still get the same problem. The only thing I can get it to do is if I double click on the icon to launch it twice in a row, I will get a message saying OBS is already running: 'Launch Anyway' or 'Cancel'. That is the only time that OBS appears in the Task Manager and regardless of which option I pick, it disappears from Task Manager right after that dialog box is gone. Nothing had changed with any settings in OBS or my computer and no new programs installed, it just would not open the next time I tried ever since yesterday.

could you try going to task manager (ctrl + shift + esc) and see if obs is open there?
If it is, right click on it and click on end task so it will refresh the tabs and close obs. After that, try opening obs as administrator maybe

I've had this issue with an editing software in the past and they let me know about 1 particular .dll file that needed to be deleted, I was able to move forward after following their suggestions. It's the same issue here, I just need to know the one .dll file (or whatever it is) to delete so I can start fresh.

O wait I read the first message wrong and didn't see the text.
Do you have special settings you already inputed?
If you don't have any settings that are perfect yet, you could uninstall obs and reinstall it maybe

I've tried uninstalling. No special settings that I can't setup again if I can get a fresh start.

UPDATE - Don't ask me who, what, why, where, when, or how- but I have managed to uninstall the proper line or component and OBS is now up and running. Thanks for your assistance!!
