Bug Report OBS Won't open after update

So, I updated OBS Studio and it won't open now, last thing I ever see is a crash log report, so here take a look at it.

OBS is crashing in the AMF encoder. Please manually update your AMD GPU drivers to the very latest available on AMD.com

If you can't or that doesn't fix the issue, then go to the obs-studio/obs-plugins(both the 32-bit and 64-bit folder) and delete the enc-amf files in there.
