Question / Help OBS wont let me preview stream. And I have all the requirements in the error message! (Help) please

I am just trying to run elgato and my webcam but when i go to preview stream i get this error message.

My computer has direct x 10.1 i'm not using vista. and my drivers are up to date. and the bottom part also does not apply to me. would anyone know another issue at hand that i could fix?

Your computer may have DirectX 10, but your GPU hardware does not support DirectX 10 sufficiently. So you actually do not have the requirements.
