Question / Help Obs Wont let me go live

So ive been recently trying to go live on Twitch but when I click on Start Streaming it says im streaming but when I go check on twitch it says im offline ? help ? Ive also put in the currect stream key and then when I stop the stream and try to start it after I stoped the stream the start stream is grayed out so I have to restart obs
