Question / Help OBS won't install!

Hello,
I was just installing OBS for the first time on this machine when I came across this error.
Error opening files for writing:
C:\Users\TL\AppData\Local\Temp\OBS\check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe

Disable or remove Comodo or IOBit software, they are known to interfere with installation. You will need to manually kill any check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe processes in task manager or reboot.

Hello R1CH,
I don't have any Comodo or IOBit software. In Task Manager, I do not see any check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe processes.

I got OBS to stop displaying the error by rebooting, but now it just freezes and does nothing.

While the installer is frozen, see if there is a check_for_64_bit...exe process in task manager. If there is, please follow these steps to make a debugging file. Instead of obs64.exe, dump the check_for_64_bit....exe
