Question / Help OBS won't download, says im missing files

When i try to install OBS it says im missing vcredist x64 and vcredist x86. I went ahead and installed them because other conversations had links to install them. But now my OBS still says that i am missing the files.

Same man! If you find a solution to this, may you please tell me about that too? I really need to know why I can't download it.

Make sure you install the 2013 versions of vcredist x64 and x86.

how do you do that the only option it gives me is the 2017 files

You don't need the 2013 versions for the current version of OBS. Please don't dig up year-old threads.
You need the 2017 versions of the runtimes.
