Question / Help OBS won't boot up & Banned Email

So my OBS won't boot up. When I click on it the window will open for a split second and then disappear, and then nothing else happens. After that, if i try to start it again or go to task manager, it says the software is already running. I tried to uninstall + reinstall to fix the problem, and it did nothing. I tried to register an account with my other email on this site, and it says I can't because the email is banned, even though I haven't been on the site in months. If someone could reply with a way to fix my software and an explanation, that would be appreciated.

Probably the application is hidden to tray (look for the hidden icons in the tray).

P.S. see message below.
