I have been troubleshooting for 3 weeks. Elgato tech support was unable to help. Lenovo laptop, Elgato HD60S, Sony video cam, analog audio signal from a soundboard. Worked great for months, suddenly no audio in the OBS Audio Mixer. Audio and video both are fine when running the Elgato 4k capture utility with the same hardware. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of OBS, and have the latest drivers installed in the HD60S. Have gone over all audio settings multiple times. The hardware works great on my HP desktop computer so I don't think it can be a hardware issue. Elgato claims that my laptop CPU is too slow, but how did it work for weeks then suddenly no audio in OBS?
Is there an OBS tech support number to discuss? Thanks. I can't keep hauling my desktop back and forth to church every week.
