Question / Help OBS with OpenCL + Multiple Graphics Cards?

Attached a few second stream to get OBS's logs running to give basic hardware information.
PC Overclock & General Specs: http://valid.canardpc.com/uvduwk

I have my primary display on my first 780, 27" 2560x1440 Monitor. And my side monitors on my second. No SLI in this configuration. Being that I have such powerful graphics processing available and only being used for Physx, How do I go about enabling OpenCL to use specifically my secondary card? Is there anyway to "test" to see it?

Use opencl-device=N to specify a number of
capable GPUs to skip during device detection.

I appreciate the help -- to confirm,

Devices to SKIP, so opencl-device=1 should skip over device 0 and use device 1, my second 780?

Is there any way to confirm workload is on the second?
