OBS with hiss on game play in 1080p.

Good afternoon.
I stream ps4 gameplays on OBS at 720p 30fps, and decided to improve the streams.
However, when trying to do it in 720p 60 fps or 1080p 30 fps, the transmission is with a hiss, but it is not linked to the microphone, but the game play transmission.
Could you help me, my pc configuration is:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6006U CPU @ 2.00GHz
128gb SSD for OS + 1tb hd.
8gb of RAM.
Integrated Video Card.

Internet Configuration:
200 mb Down 100 mb Up.

OBS Configuration:
3000 kbps
Hardware (QSV)
Audio Bitrate: 160
Target use: Quality
Profile: High
Key Fram Range: 2
Bit Range Control: CBR
Latency: Normal
Frame bits: 2

Thanks for the feedback.
I'm trying to carry out the log upload process, by the command, but when I click on menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log File, the program presents an error and does not open.
I found the log manually in the logs, I think this is.
I attach the Txt, if I can't open it I can copy and paste it here, but it's big.

In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
Create a new Scene Collection with just 1 Scene and 1 source (ezcap GameDock Ultra). No filters.
Set that source to 720 60/59.94 FPS
Set your OBS resolution to 720 and FPS to 60/59.94 (so it matches your source).
Close and restart OBS so it just loads the new 1 source scene.
Set your stream to use QuickSync, do a stream, stop the stream and then upload log.

Hello Goodnight.
I made the changes you requested, both in the EZCAP Board and in the OBS.
Streaming with only 1 scene.
Then I realized that in OBS I put it to run at 1080p 60 and not at 720 p 60 fps kkkk.
The live was without the hiss, and with few audio clipping peaks confirm link (https://youtu.be/5BNi4cfLAak).
Is what this causing is the amount of scenes I'm using, because when I inserted only the Game play (as directed), it improved.
And if I run at 720p 60fps, will these cuts come out?
I attach the new log.

1. Set your PS4 to output at 720.
2. Open OBS and create a new Scene Collection (use the menu at the top) with just 1 Scene and 1 source (ezcap GameDock Ultra). No filters.
3. Set the ezcap to 720 resolution and 60 FPS.
4. Set the OBS base and output resolution to 720 and 60 FPS.
5. Try to stream and if still having issues, post new log.

Sorry but that's not the problem, it doesn't make sense for me to watch game play on ps4 at 720 because of this problem, instead of enjoying it at 1080p.
I appreciate the help, but in other forums the guys are more willing and don't get standard answers like this one.
I will use another platform and not recommend this one that only has bugs
