OBS with focusrite clarett pre 4 USB - No audio from analog 2-3 & 4

I did my first podcast today only to realize after 2 hours of talkin with my partner that his ic didnt have any sound.
ofc its a problem in not proper testing, but now i spent some hours trying to find the error and I just cant find it.

in my focusrite software I can see input from both mics clearly and the headphones also have the feed.
But in OBS only sound from analog 1 is being captured. Since the settings are very limited I have no further idea on what to do anymore.
Only hope is that someone may use the same audio interface and knows this issue or what to set !?

I checked the focusrite website to see if there is any guide , i followed the exact steps
but still no sound from mic2

Are you sure you're not seeing channel 2? Plug something just into 2, see if you can hear it. OBS inputs are stereo. You should only see 1 for ch1 & ch2. OBS can only see the first 2 channels of a multichannel interface. That's part of why people use programs like Loopback.
