Question / Help OBS with ESEA Client makes me Ping Spike

Router: Netgear Nighthawk

Manufacturer:Intel
Case:Corsair
Power Supply:Corsair CX750
OS:Windows 7 64-bit
Motherboard:Gigabyte
CPU:Intel I5 - 4590 3.3ghz
Memory:16GB
Hard Drive:1TB
Video Card:NVidia GTX 760
Headphones:Astro A40s
Monitor:24" XL2411Z BenQ
Mouse:SteelSeries Sensei Raw
Mousepad:SteelSeries QCK+
Keyboard:Zalman

Problem is when I stream CS:GO with OBS while ESEA client I get random ping spikes but every other game is fine even CS:GO without client I never lag but ESEA client on gives me the ping spikes so streaming sucks on client...Why is this?! Also I've tried lowering my bitrate from 2500 down to 1000 bitrate still same issue.

Use Minimize Network Impact.

If it only happens with ESEA client then it sounds like a problem with ESEA client, not OBS.

I haven't been able to solve this issue either. not with obs or obs studio. it happens ONLY with esea client. and like rich said, i only get that response. it's esea and not obs, i don't know tho.
