Question / Help OBS Wiped?

I loaded up OBS and its as if ive just installed it everything is reset? my logs are still there though is there a way i can import them into OBS and get my settings and scenes and stuff back?

Is this: HELP! My scenes just got deleted!?
Or this: Can i import my scenes from classic to studio??
