obs Windows send output on my android device as Android selfie camera

hello
I have obs software installed in Windows
I want to have virtual camera output on my android device as mobile camera
For example: the video that is played in the obs software should be shown on my Android mobile instead of the rear or selfie camera

I don't believe there's a way to do that. Android itself is rather protective of the hardware, and doesn't like it being spoofed, and so an app needs to have a third option for the video source - back cam, front cam, or external feed - which the native camera app doesn't do.

If you're only looking to restream, using a streaming app that wants a camera, then this is probably an XY problem:

Instead of running through the camera-streaming app, what if you use the phone as an actual restreamer?:
https://datarhei.github.io/restreamer/ to get started with the idea, even if you end up doing something else

Or, use the phone as a standard hotspot - internet connection only - and stream directly from OBS.

If you want to record it, OBS does that directly, and there are several ways to transfer that recording to the phone afterwards.

Etc.

hello
Thanks for the answer, I just want to do this with the Android camera
I have seen 1 person do this before, but I don't know if it was directly connected to the web or if an interface was also involved
If you can find a suitable solution, I will pay for it

Are you sure that *that's* what that person was doing? Technical things are very much like "theatrical magic" to those that don't understand what's really going on:

You only see the obvious parts, and your brain fills in the rest in ways that match your previous experience, but are absolutely NOT what's actually happening. But it insists that that is indeed what's happening.

Then based on that, you try to build something of your own on what is in fact impossible...

Yes, a video was playing in obs and the mobile phone was connected to the computer, when he touched the icon to access the camera (for example, on Instagram), the video that was in the obs software was displayed instead of the android camera.
