Question / Help OBS Window Capture not showing anything (Windows 10)

So, recently my OBS has been acting up and I don't know why it's not showing any of my windows on windows capture. Wonder if anyone has a solution to this problem, please reply.

I didn't have Photos or the Calculator up.

You most likely have some antivirus or other security program interfering.

I disabled my virus protection program which is windows defender, and OBS is still not working properly.
