OBS will stream 1st time to youtube, then next time doesnt connect, if i stop and start the stream multiple times it will eventually connect, started 3 weeks ago today

Options:

Have your Live Control Room open in a browser window before you start your stream within OBS. You don't have to do anything in the control room; just have it open.

Alternately, if you know in advance when you are going to stream, use Live Control Room to schedule the stream. Be sure that you enable Auto-Start.
