Question / Help OBS will show up in Task Manager but won't Open, Have tried common solutions already...

So I've already sifted through some threads on here about the same issue, which has only started happening to me recently. The issue being that whenever I try to open OBS, the process will show up in Task Manager and it will notify that it's running whenever I try to start the program multiple times, but no window ever shows up so I can't actually access the program. For context, I would use OBS often a few months ago and nothing like this ever occurred, and between then and now I made not alterations to the software - no updates, no reinstallations, nothing. I'm working on a laptop with Windows 10 but as I said, this issue has never happened until recently and I've been using OBS on it for around a year now. Solutions that I have tried so far:
  • Shutting down/Restarting many times over
  • Running the program as administrator
  • Making sure disk usage is minimal before starting the program
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling OBS
  • Updating OBS (as of a week or so ago I have the latest version)
  • Starting and ending the process in Task Manager multiple times in one session
  • Temporarily disabling some services that I've heard can interfere with the program, like my Antivirus and some Nvidia processes
  • Making sure OBS is the first program I start up when I start the computer
But none of these have worked and while I do occasionally get the program to work properly, it always seems to be a fluke. I'll point out that I've heard that disabling TeamViewer is another potential solution but I don't have that. I've seen threads about this issue from years ago and even with OBS having been updated all that time, I've never seen a concrete explanation for why this continues to happen. Can someone please help?

If you use Elgato devices you must update to their latest game capture driver.
I do not, unfortunately. Sorry, I should have clarified in the initial post but, I use OBS to stream art so I don't use any sort of capture equipment or software; just OBS itself. Just be sure I also checked to make sure it wasn't anything to do with my graphics tablet or art programs, but it seems that this issue persists even when nothing is running and the tablet isn't plugged into the computer.

Very interesting dump file, never seen anything like this before. It looks like the DLL loader is failing to initialize a security cookie due a page in error.

Do you have anything special going on with your Windows pagefile? I would check the disk it's on for errors, perhaps a HDD or SSD is failing. The Windows system event log should also log any possible disk errors.

Okay, so I've since looked at & played around with my page file settings, tried optimizing my drives, and done some disk checks. Despite that the problem continues. Is there anything else I can do at this point?
