OBS will refuse to record voices and will drop alot of footage for no reason on my Acer Aspire E5-575

so I did two recordings recently, and as I went to them to see it they work, the most recent, done today, dropped my mic's audio and lost 11 minutes of footage, and the rest was so buggy I got rid of it. my last one, done on may 28th, was a hour long recording, which dropped both me and my friend's audio(we were using discord), and lost about 30 minutes of footage. please help me!(logs for both of the recordings are attached, plus another random log that came after the recording today)

Your GPU is being overwhelmed just with gaming and rendering tasks, without adding in the load of QSV encoding (which uses GPU resources). Your CPU is an i3 and a U variant (ultra-low-power). In short, your hardware is insufficient for the settings you are trying to record at, and likely for recording realtime video at all. You need a more powerful system.

19:32:56.173: - source: 'VBA Game Capture' (game_capture)
19:32:56.173: - source: 'For Chrome Only Games and Youtube Video Reactions' (monitor_capture)
You have a Game Capture and a Monitor Capture in the same Scene, which can cause MAJOR issues; monitor capture should be avoided at all costs as it is the least-performant capture method... if you need one, place it into a separate scene entirely. Also, running multiple game captures in the same scene can cause interference (but on a lower scale than MC). Unless you are game capturing two things simultaneously, delete one of them and just re-point your one game capture to the currently active program you're trying to record.
