OBS will randomly drop bitrate from 5k to 1k for a split second.

OBS will randomly drop bitrate from 5k to 1k and make the game lag for a 1 second every 30 seconds or so. I don't know why OBS is making my games lag. This has never happened before. This started about a week ago. Everything is up to date. Nothing has had an update since it started to happen. Please help!

Select your zone, set the test duration to 30 seconds and run the test. Make a screenshoot of the results and post it here. Anything bellow 90 isn't good.
