I made sure all information was correct. I even did custom setting and placed in the live stream url to youtube. It keeps coming with a 10060 Error.
I need to know Ports and Windows Services that OBS depends on in order to stream to youtube. I can only stream to twitch right now. I have already done a computer wipe and looked up several forums to see no correct answer. Please respond trying to help rather than critics because I took a lot of time in trying to fix this.
