OBS will not start since recent update

Hi
I am hoping you can help. Since the recent update OBS has not worked and I have resorted to using another software; but I do not want to use them any more for a variety of reasons but mostly the CPU drain and the other stuff going around on Twitter.

I get the attached message when I try to open it and it refuses to run - I had zero problems before that.

Any help is appreciated.
