OBS will not open after installation

I have downloaded and installed OBS on my system, when I go to open it I getb the following message, see attached file, can someone tell me how to fix this, thanks, Allen

I've been having no problems using Obs for a while. Recently I had a problem with Smplayer and uninstalled and reinstalled it. After that I get this message. Any suggestions on how I can get Obs running right again. I already reinstalled it but no change. Thanks.

I am running Windows Server 2016 essential, what version of OBS should I use and is it still available? Allen

Versions 28 and up you need a fully updated Windows 10 or 11.
Prior versions may work on previous versions of Windows. Not sure about a server version.
Simple go to the Download section on this site. You have a link to get previous versions on github (you have to scroll down a lot)
