Question / Help Obs will not install

I have already been able to install obs studio, but I reall prefer Obs Classic for many reason, So Does any one have an idea why I can't install it. I have also tried to install what Obs tells me to, the diretcx end user Runtime But that will not work either, so I'm not sure how to make it work. If No one Has a suggestion then I will just reinstall Windows 10.

Otherwise please give a more detailed description of what's going wrong and what error messages are appearing.
