Question / Help OBS wierd lagg on stream an local recording

Hi

i have a 2 pc setup and im using the avermedia live gamer hd and i have a really anoying lagg as you can se in the video in the link http://youtu.be/mA6PKAsRHno

i have tried both 32bit and 64bit version of obs and both 30 and 60 fps and many diffrent settings in obs

Never mind.... seems like its just the VLC player that dosent support the vide for some reason..........*FACEPALM*
