Question / Help Obs white screen

Hey does anyone know how to fix the obs white screen problem. The white screen is only the display screen and not the rest. I can open up settings and change scenes just fine. Obs will work and record with desktop but it will not record with my Oculus rift. It's worked before but all of the sudden it just stopped working for me. I've clean uninstalled both obs and all my Nvidia drivers. I've stopped and restarted Nvidia through the .msc file and I've used task manager. Nothing has worked. It keeps saying trying to connect hook but it fails. Please help this is the log below.

I've also tried Oculus mirror and headset mirror. Obs will not pick them up at all.
