obs-websocket-4.9.1-compat for OBS 28

1. I know this may discourage other developers from updating their programs. Hopefully just a temporary plugin.
2. The title says it all. https://github.com/obsproject/obs-websocket/releases obs-websocket-4.9.1-compat*.* but for OBS 28. I'm hoping it's just updating that to Qt 6 but I have no idea.

obs-websocket 5.0.1 is an huge step back. Basic things like enabling/disabling an sceneItem (one simple call in 4.9.1 with "scene", "source" and "enabled" parameters) now it's a hell to implement. You need to recursively navigate through scenes and its groups to get the item ID and then do the call to enable/disable it.

Hell, IDK what devs were thinking but my hope is that 4.9.1 stays active for a looooong time until they fix this mess.
