So I bought a gopro8 and am attempting to use that as a webcam for interviews and work and failing miserably. I have the camera with a media mod hooked up to a razer ripsaw capture card and hooked up to my laptop. However, when I choose the capture card in obs or in streamlabs it shows me a black screen (if dispay only = pc) or my desktop background if it is display = extended. No matter what I do I can't get a preview of my webcam and thus can't get it to be used for zoom, skype, etc.
Notes:
Added to source, deactivated when not in use, made sure the fps and quality matched the camera - no other video captures devices besides the ripsaw capture card.

Dell XPS 13
Razer Ripsaw Capture Card

Attempted fixes:
Uninstall and reinstall GoPro
Uninstall and reinstall razer
Uninstall and reinstall OBS (Deleted all temp files)
Uninstall OBS and reverted to previous version (did not work either)
Tried Virtual Cam - no go
Checked OBS app was allowed access to windows defender
***I've got no other sources of info to look through at this point - any help would be greatly appreciated!
