you have multiple video capture devices pointed to that webcam within the same scene, remove them all and just make one. Also make sure that only one program (OBS) is trying to use that webcam. if another tries, it will either steal the hook or not work.Hello, I have an issue with webcam. use CBR for streaming, VBR will cause unreliable connection to twitch

CBR: no1080@30 is high for a low/mid level i5, downscale to 720p.

I have webcam pointed only once for scene, thats not a problem. Where can I get information about programs that are using webcam?
