I had no problem with OBS Studio until today. The same thing happened with OBS Classic, as well. I used QuickSync and not Encoder x264 because QuickSync is a lot smoother and it's not laggy at all. But today, I opened up OBS and wanted to record, but on the preview and the recording, I was only getting 15-20 FPS, and before that I ran it just fine at 50+ FPS whilst streaming/recording. I have no idea what the problem is. With QuickSync, I was using Balanced and it worked perfectly fine, 50+ FPS. And then today I open up OBS Studio, and the setting are unchanged, but it has an extremely low frame count. I even tried changing QuickSync to Speed and it still did not a thing. What is the problem?

Well, he says that he had no problems until today.

That means something changed. Us not knowing what those changes and him either, would just lead to speculation. Sorry Rallient, but nothing you posted helps solve your problem. All you've said is that everything was working before and now it doesn't today. You need to look at what different things you are doing to help describe the problem.

if you ran Program A at the current existing settings and then forgot to tell us that you are running Program B at the current settings, then you have your answer right there. Program B doesn't run well at your current settings.

Some observations:
- You are running too slow of a computer. An I3 is not going to get the job done streaming and playing games on the same system
- You are using an integrated GPU chip which is slow, not dedicated GPU which is way faster
- You are running a beta version of a Roblox executable
- There are a 17 memory leaks (i.e. memory problems which is very very bad).

I'm just not understanding though, because before it was working perfectly fine. I've been using OBS on this laptop for the past 5 months and it ran just fine, but ever since I switched over to quicksync, it's been messing up.
