OBS Warning about NVIDIA Video and Audio.

I have been getting this warning, but I still don't get what the cause of it and how to fix it since I updated everything Nvidia related anyone knows how to fix this or is it something I should worry about ?

The nvidia audio and video SDK are separated sofware that you need to get from nvidia's website. This aren't updated with the GPU driver.
