Bug Report Obs+Vulkan+dota2

When i stream Dota 2 with Obs(screen capture since there is no game capture for vulkan yet) using the Vulkan renderer, alt tabbing from dota 2 becomes super slow. This is a huge issue for my streaming experience any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Last time I checked, DOTA2 had the DX9, DX11 and OpenGL options for rendering as well, so that's not a passable excuse.

Or to put it another way, until OBS gets Vulkan support (if it's possible), is a lower frame rate in game in general better, or a REALLY slow frame rate? If you want the REALLY slow frame rate, then continue to use Vulkan.

Also you haven't posted a log (as explicitly instructed to when joining the forums and listed at the top this section in the sticky)... that would help in at least looking at and suggesting possible fixes... but I guess playing in Vulkan is soo important that a log can't be posted.
