Dears!

situation:
4 players = 4 streams = 4 Face(Web)Cams

would like to have:
- player 1
-> his Face(Web)Cam will be shown a bit bigger
-> team-mate 2,3,4 Face(Web)Cam will be shown smaller within player 1-stream, too

- player 2
-> his Face(Web)Cam will be shown a bit bigger
-> team-mate 1,3,4 Face(Web)Cam will be shown smaller within player 2-stream, too

- player 3
-> his Face(Web)Cam will be shown a bit bigger
-> team-mate 1,2,4 Face(Web)Cam will be shown smaller within player 3-stream, too

- player 4
-> his Face(Web)Cam will be shown a bit bigger
-> team-mate 1,2,3 Face(Web)Cam will be shown smaller within player 4-stream, too

question:
1) Possible (without using SKYPE)?
2) How is that possible? Guide/tutorial available?

If all Players are in the same network you can use the ndi plugin.
Every player adds the webcam in his own obs instance and adds the "Dedicated NDI Output" filter for the webcam source. Now every webcam is available in the network as a NDI source for the other players.

thanks but that is the key-point. They are NOT in the same Network.

Let's say:
Player 1 = NewYork (US)
Player 2 = Stockholm (SWE)
Player 3 = Berlin (DE)
Player 4 = Venecia (ITA)

How to get that done/working, too?

What's your reason against skype?

Not 'against Skype' but no other solution possible? I know that if all four would be in same network it is possible without problems but if not in same Network ...
