Question / Help OBS Volume Mixer Problem [Windows]

So recently my Volume Mixer on my PC for OBS has been stuck at 10% and when i raise it to 100% it works fine but when I switch scenes it goes back to 10%. My Communications tab is on "Do Nothing" so I'm not sure what is the matter. Could you guys possibly help me out?

"Communications" tab? If the windows volume panel shows the volume lowering, then that's not the fault of OBS. OBS does not modify the actual system volumes.

Hmm, yeah if you already set Windows to "Do nothing", I have no idea either.
OBS, as Jim mentioned, does not modify the actual system volumes :/
