OBS VirtualCam not functioning

Hello.

I have a problem with my OBS VirtualCam. I use some random camera that i found online, and it works great, but when i launch obs virtualcam, i get this (see the atatched file) I do not know what it is, i have reinstalled everything to do with obs and removed and reinstalled my webcam drivers, but nothing works. Could someone help me?

When the VirtualCam is off it displays that screen.
Because you are in standard mode (not studio) The VirtualCam displays that screen to the broadcast window.
When you turn on the VirtualCam it displays what is in the broadcast window back to itself .
The intended use of the VirtualCam is to get the broadcast video to other platforms.

I do not see how this would help me at all. Right now i have studio activated, no other camera-using software in the backgroud, but it still shows the blue screen of OBS.

You are still creating a loop . What is your intended use of the virtualcam?

Zoom, discord and skype.

Select the OBS Virtualcam as the camea source for Zoom, and what you stream or record in OBS will also be sent to Zoom via the virtualcam.
Do not select it as a camera source in OBS or you will just make a loop.
