OBS Virtual Camera

when I turn on the OBS Virtual Camera it works in discord, but if I want to set it as the main one in google, then it does not work, while my regular webcam also stops working while being used in obs. I set it as the main one, but my webcam still turns on and not the OBS Virtual Camera. I tried to turn off the webcam so that only the OBS Virtual Camera remains, but then everything is the same, black screen. The same when I try to use the OBS Virtual Camera even without a webcam, for example by putting a simple image

Just as a Plan B: droidcam.

I switched to it because it supports downstream keyer and just last week I was on a Google session and all worked fine.

I've been using OBS & Virtual camera since 2020 on a daily basis, and it has worked fine.
About 1-2 weeks ago I heard my video feed was black and had been so for a couple of days.
I use MS Teams mostly for work meetings and with OBS I can be a bit more creative.

Anyway, In MS Teams I can see the video feed from OBS Virtual camera, but no one else can see it.
I've read that some had problems like this if they do not start MS Teams first, then OBS.
I've tried that and it does not work.

If I only use the camera without OBS it works in MS Teams.

OBS version 29.1.1 (64 bit)
I've reinstalled MS Teams (You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.11166 (64-bit). It was last updated on 2023-05-22.)
I've reinstalled my camera Logitech Brio 4k (G HUB Version 2023.3 released 11 april 2023)

I have not reinstalled OBS yet, but I guess that is next.
Unless anyone as any idea.
