OBS Virtual Camera Shows Video but No Game Audio on Discord — How to Fix?

I want to freeze my gameplay on OBS so my Discord viewers see a still frame while I do stuff in-game, but I also want them to hear the game audio in real-time.

Right now:

• Frozen video works perfectly via OBS.
• Virtual Camera doesn’t send game audio to Discord.

I’ve tried changing Windows audio output and OBS Audio Monitoring, but no luck.

Anyone know a simple way to get OBS Virtual Camera + real-time game audio to Discord?

OBS Virtual Camera does not support audio; however, you can use a Virtual Audio Cable plugin like VB-Audio Cable, which can redirect OBS's Audio output to act as an audio input for other apps, in your case, Discord.
