Hello,
I'm trying to deliver OBS virtual camera footage with VLC's streaming capabilities.
However, when I start the virtual camera, open the capture device in VLC and try to display the video in VLC, only the first frame is displayed and the VLC playback time count stops.
If I change the video on OBS, it will not be reflected in VLC.
I tried to view the webcam image in VLC and it worked.
I'm not sure why the virtual camera doesn't work.
Maybe this is a compatibility issue with VLC.
If so, I would like to know another way to display OBS video on VLC.
I absolutely have to display the OBS video on VLC.
