OBS Virtual Camera is not shown by Default on 29.0.2

I've been looking how to enable Virtual Camera because I want to use OBS as a Webcam. I know latest versions have a built-in function and there's no need to install an old plugin, but there's no "Start Virtual Camera" button within Controls section.

I tried to delete all previous obs config on AppData folder but still not working.

Edit: I was using the zip version of 29.0.2.
Edit: Solved. For the record, If anyone struggles with same situation. I used the installer version and now it shows the "Start Virtual Camera" button

The virtual camera needs elevated permissions in order to be instaled. That's why when you use the portable version you need to manually install the virtual camera using the installer located inside the OBS instalation folder.
With the installer you already have this elevated permissions and can be automatically installed.
