OBS Virtual Camera causing Zoom to not work properly

Hello, I have been facing issues with OBS' in-built Virtual Camera lately, which began when I did a clean reinstall of Windows on my laptop, from a USB flash-drive. When I start the Virtual Camera and select it on Zoom, it causes Zoom to become unresponsive and very slow. Zoom works fine when I turn off my video or use my Integrated Camera. I didn't have this issue ever before, when the Windows I had was the OEM version that came from the manufacturer. I am wondering if anyone knows how to possibly fix this or has experienced something similar. Thank you.
