Obs virtual camera as a android phone camera

Hello team,

I have a question regarding OBS studio virtual camera. When I start virtual camera I want only red square (see attachment) to be appearing in my output, but its taking the whole image from OBS studio. When i go to any webcam website to check what is my output, its showing the whole picture but I want only this red square with same quality. I want my output to be like output from any phone camera like android or apple. Changing settings in output or video, does not help. Its still showing the whole image from OBS studio. Or is there any option that black screen can be reduced as resolution of phone camera? Thanks in advance

Sir, I understand you are calling on a mobile phone and want an instant display. Try during the call, turn off the camera for 1 second and then turn it back on and the video will adjust.
