I'm running the 24.0.6 version of OBS and have the virtual camera installed. The camera doesn't appear on the tools drop down menu, but shows as an option on zoom and as a video capture device on the OBS software. Both programs tell me that the camera is inactive and must be started. I have included my log files below the screenshot.
