OBS Virtual Cam not available on TikTok Live Studio

I already reinstall the virtual cam, check updates for TikTok Live Studio and OBS. Nothing worked. Previously it worked well but when I had to factory reset my laptop and reconfigure everything it didnt work. Been searching the whole internet for a solution and none work. Anyone with a solution?

You can ditch TikTok Live Studio and try to install SE Live plugin for OBS. You need to apply for TikTok Live Access first for SE Live. I applied mine for Streamlabs and I cant apply again. I can guide you through
