Question / Help OBS Videos Freezing

I started to record today, and I realized when I watched the footage back, that the video was freezing when the video started.
Basically, I would start to record and within 5 seconds, it would freeze and the whole video would be that same frame, but the audio would be fine. I would like to record, could anyone help me with this?

Please include a log file. At a guess, you need to downscale your resolution since your CPU is too weak.
