OBS Videos can't be skipped through

Hello,
I'm using OBS to record videos. Videos are great but the recorded videos can't be skipped through while playing. Other MP4's in my windows 11 does skip with those players. What should i do?

Skipping (in a general sense) is a function of your video player, not the recorder (OBS Studio, in this case)
No, a separate issue is chapter/section markers in the video, which I'm not aware of OBS Studio natively adding... which has not been an issue for me, so no idea of a plugin enables such. Typically folks add such via a video editor after-the-fact, I think

Also, hopefully you are NOT ignoring the big warning about NOT recording to MP4 (almost never a justification for doing so, and this comment doesn't apply to those who are advanced enough to those exceptions)... record to MKV, and auto-remux if need be (should only take seconds)
