OBS videos are getting way too big

I have the problem that my videos are way too big. A 15-minute recording is around 3 GB Can anyone help me with this problem?
Below you can see my OBS settings.

You should not be using CBR for recording. Use CQP / CRF.

Leave the settings like that or do I need to change anything?

Raise or lower the number as needed (higher = lower quality, smaller file). Also record to MKV as the warning suggests.

But doas the Video get a good quality with an CQ Level of 20 or do I need to increase it?

Try it and see, the quality / size tradeoff is entirely up to you.
