OBS Video / Stream Flickering

Hello Guys, since yesterday without any Changes in OBS i have troubles with Video Flickering only in OBS. with Recentral i don't have problems.

i had
- reinstall OBS
- reinstall PC
- install all Updates to the newest
- install Recentral and notice that i don't have any problems
- install older Version without changes.

Please update to 28.0.2 and test again.
Also, you can test version 27.2.4 in case something you're using have compatibility issues with the newest version.

And you need to update windows.

Thanks @PaiSand i downgraded Windows to the newest Windows 10 Version. I thought it was related to windows 11. With Version 28.0.2 and 27.2.4 i had the same issue, Version 27.0.2 don't exists

i recorded a 5 minute video with the Recentral Software and had not this Issue. i don't understand because i had streaming the day before yesterday without problems

Most windows issues resolve itselves restarting the computer. Others are more persistent.
With OBS many issues also resolve restarting it, except when windows needs to be restarted. You learn to live with this, or start working in construction.

i have found the Issue. it's a very strange Issue with my USB Ports? i changed the Ports of the Devices and now it's working.
