OBS video shows only two frames?

So I just recorded my first video with OBS. I haven't used any other video recorder before either. I wanted to upload my video to youtube, but it has only like two frames showing (or, it has a few frames and then it eventually stops and lags at two frames for almost 45 mins each) however the audio still plays. I know the video is very long, and maybe my settings weren't good. It took a while for it to stop recording, and it said the encored was overloaded. I've tried to fix the settings for my next video recording session... but is there any way to get a normal video? The audio is still there...

Sorry, I accidentally uploaded the wrong log file. First time doing this. I believe this is the right one.

You need to fix a few things.
Remove norton anti something as it's too intrusive. As long as you have safe behavior online, you don't need any of this antivirus.
Run OBS as admin.
Update the GPU driver. You're using an old one. Latest is 53713 and you're on 53138. Make sure Windows is updated too.
The mismatched sample rate, simple set it in windows input sound settings. Look for the USB mic /properties / advanced options and set it to 48KHz.

Your computer should be well capable of doing a 1080p 60fps recording

Just to be sure, after doing the fixes, run again the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting recording as main purpose, 1080p 60fps (auto) and apply the settings it gives. Now restart OBS. Yes, it is very important to restart.
Test it as is.
Watch the video with a better player than the windows one, like VLC player.
